Youth Training

In addition to team training, we offer one on one training for any young adults ages 12-17 who want to lose weight, tone-up, add muscle strength, improve athletic performance for any sport. 

Obesity is a huge issue in young teenagers and with proper training and nutrition, any child can feel better than they've ever felt. We have trainers who specialize in working with young teenagers!
